In Glasgow, the Commercial Real Estate team has promoted two people to director roles. He also manages land and Buildings Transaction Tax matters linked to commercial property transactions.

Conor Whittaker has also been promoted to director in the same team. He works with public sector organizations, charities, retailers, and education providers on acquisitions, leasing arrangements, and estate management. He also supports clients on complex property tax issues.

Chair Carole Tomlinson said the promotions reflect the firm’s continued growth and its focus on developing talent. She added that strong demand across key practice areas has supported the expansion and strengthened the firm’s ability to serve clients across Scotland.

The promotions come after steady activity across rural services, private client work, and commercial real estate. The firm has also been shortlisted for the British Business Awards 2026.
